An international IT company SENLA is looking for an HR Manager in Warsaw.

SENLA helps major players in the financial, banking and medical markets to develop projects. We work in the customer's team, create the concept of a software product, find non-standard solutions, conduct analytics, develop, test and implement projects.

Wymagania

• Adapt employees to work in the company and its values.

• Translate the values and corporate culture of the company.

• Improve the atmosphere in the office, help with meeting couriers and ordering simple things.

• Organize internal and external events.

• Develop relationships with partners (educational institutions, administration, media).

• Strengthen the internal and external employer brand.

• Monitor and work on employee motivation and engagement.

• Increase employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Participate in the implementation of the overall HR strategy of the company.

Perfect candidate:

• Has a desire to develop in the HR sphere and will gladly take on the tasks of onboarding newcomers, feedback and engagement.

• Knows how to find an approach to employees, help them build relationships in the team.

• Has practical experience in staff assessment and feedback processing.

• Builds strong relationships with employees, top managers and partners.

• Possesses high emotional intelligence and sociability.

• Able to develop and implement system procedures for working with personnel.
