As an IT Data Transfer & Compliance Analyst, you will join our client - one of the largest private banking businesses in the world, providing professional wealth management services for 26,000 clients globally, including a third of the world’s billionaires, operating in 60 offices in more than 30 countries. You will be involved in the Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) reviews for our Client's business initiatives to attain regulatory compliance related to the use of PII data. You will also work closely with initiative stakeholders in Client's business, performing analysis/research on initiatives for CBDC review detailing the data being used.

• Acting as a subject matter expert and advisor to initiative owners and key stakeholders in our business on the CBDC and PIA processes keeping technology colleagues up to date on changes with the process
• Managing/coordinating assigned initiatives through the CBDC and PIA processes globally
• Proactively track CBDC and PIA reviews in progress for business
• Participating in the preparation of reporting materials for initiatives in CBDC and PIA reviews
• Being proactive in identifying and escalating key risk areas related to CBDC for business to management

• Experience working in IT industry
• Financial services industry experiences
• Excellent written, spoken, presentation and listening skills in English
• Hands-on experience in the following areas: Business Analysis/Project Management for technology projects with cross-functional partners and organisations globally distributed

• Demonstrable experience for data analysis in MS-Excel and Cognos Analytics
• Experience in a production support team (Level 3) covering applications and systems (vendor and in-house developed) for front-, middle- and back-office functions
