Scrum Master
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

90 – 110 PLN net+VAT/h/B2B

(other types of contracts (employment/mandate) are also possible)

 

Responsibilities:
  • responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
  • coordinate all Scrum meetings (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
  • monitors development/sprint progress
  • work with Delivery Manager on any development related issues
  • responsible for coordinating work with the development team, ensure timelines are met
Requirements:
  • at least 3 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager/Scrum Master in IT
  • experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
  • experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in a multicultural environment (medium to large projects)
  • Scrum Master certifications: PSMI, AGILE PM – MUST HAVE
  • fluent English - at least at C1 level
Nice to have certifications:
  • SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner
