Main tasks:

• Manage of STRABAG social media channels in Poland: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedn, Youtube
• Create and measure the effectiveness of EB content for social media (photos, videos, short stories ect)
• Use social media for recruitment topics like campaigns /networking on the channels (post jobs, support colleagues in optimizing their profiles and networking strategies)
• Administration of career website – creating content in the news category and optimize it for google search needs
• Collaboration with International Social Media Team, HR Department and Communication Department
• Support the HR Team in Poland in HR-Marketing topics like: provide HR marketing materials, place image advertisements and editorial contribution in target group specific magazines, controlling HR Marketing Budget, attend job fairs, organize online events like STRABAG Day online, webinars for promotion of internship program, etc
• Analyzing employer branding trends and new ways of digital recruiting

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in working with social media and/or in employer branding
• Fluency in Polish and very good English at a professional level (additional in German is an advantage)
• Team worker with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in marketing, human resource or related studies
• Proactive and self-dependent working style
• Knowledge of modern HR marketing methods and tools and openness to new things
