Airline Customer Service Agent with Romanian
Responsibilities:
  • answering phone calls in Romanian language,
  • informing passengers about available services,
  • resolving complaints,
  • answering customer inquiries,
  • providing assistance for people with special needs,
  • supporting passengers on every stage of the journey,
  • representing the Client in official correspondence.
Our requirements:
  • Romanian language at C1 or native level,
  • ability to communicate in English or Russian or Polish language (necessary to take part in the training session),
  • ability to work in a team, responsibility and independence,
  • good communication skills,
  • availability to work between 8.00 - 17.00 from Monday to Friday.
